特點(diǎn)/CHARACTERISTIC
1) 電路由PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)由觸摸屏設(shè)定，全部液壓元件進(jìn)口。
2) 適用于黃銅及鐵合金的重力壓鑄。
3) 可采用直接正面澆鑄、側(cè)面澆鑄、二次鑄造、混合澆鑄。
4) 可以單獨(dú)調(diào)整模具的冷卻時(shí)間。
5) 有利于模具的分解、組合和清洗。
6) 具有手動(dòng)循環(huán)和自動(dòng)循環(huán)兩種功能，計(jì)數(shù)器可設(shè)置，記錄每班輸出。
7) 有模具調(diào)整空間，方便不同模具的使用，降低對(duì)模具尺寸的要求。
8) 機(jī)器可以存儲(chǔ)壓鑄操作程序，并設(shè)置相應(yīng)的密碼。
